Ingredients: Certified Organic Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus), purified water, vegetable glycerin, organic cane alcohol.

Suggested Use: Shake gently before use. Use 2 weeks before and during menstruation. Add 2 full squeezes of the dropper to 2 oz (quarter of a cup) of water or tea. Take 2-4 times daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Store in a cool, dry place.
