Fulfill & Ship An Order

Yes! You made a Genny sale! So, now what? Here is your step-by-step guide to fulfilling and shipping your order to your customer. View How-to video >

A few things to keep in mind before you start:

• We suggest shipping all your orders with 3 business days of the order date to deliver a great customer service experience. 
  
• Genny handles all the shipping costs and methods for you! We've partnered with USPS to make things cost-effective and easy.
  • A Customer's shipping costs is based on the total weight of goods in their cart and the orders shipping destination
  • Customer's can choose from the following Shipping Methods:
    • USPS Ground Advantage: Delivered 2–5 Days from ship date
    • USPS Priority Mail: Delivered 2-3 Days from ship date
    • USPS Priority Mail Express: Delivered 1-3 Days from ship date
      
  • Customers will receive free USPS Ground Advantage shipping on and order more than $100 per recipient address.

How To Fulfill An Order:

1. You will receive an e-mail notification when you receive a Genny order. Login to your Genny Shopkeep Dashboard > My Orders > View Orders.
   
   
2. New Orders will have the Shipment Status of "Not Shipped" and the "Order Accept" Status of "Open". Open your order by clicking Action > ... > View.
   
   
3.  Review the details of your order. If everything looks goods, you will click "Accept The Order". We strongly encourage you to reach out to the Customer beforehand if you have any questions or concerns before acceptance. 
   
   
4. Next, take note of the Delivery Method chosen by the customer. You will choose this method in just a moment. It will be USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.
   
   
5. Next, you will Fulfill The Order, which means you're ready to ship! If you have questions regarding the order, we strongly encourage you to reach out to the Customer beforehand. Click "Accept And Fulfill Order".
   
   
   
   
6. Select the product in the order you'd like to ship and make any necessary quantity adjustments to the quantity of each item being shipped. Hit "Ship Now".
   
   
7. A pop-up window will open. Under the Shipping Method drop-down, choose "USPS Shipping".
   
   
8.  Next, you will calculate the shipping rate. 
   1. Choose Yes next to "Do you want to add Dimensions and Weight for this order?"
   2. Add your packages dimensions and final weight
   3. Click Rate Calculate
      
      
9. Live shipping rates from USPS will now appear. From the Shipping Method list, choose the Service requested by the customer; either USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express.
   
   
10. Next, check the box that you've confirmed all details are correct and you're ready to ship.
    
    
11. Click "Agree & Ship". That's it! 
    

Print The Shipping Label

1. From your Order Details page, head to Actions Drop-down and choose "Print Shipping Label". A window will pop-up for you to print the label as desired.
   
   We recommend printing labels on Half-page label sheets or Full page label sheets.
